Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Eligible Refund Scenarios

• Sponsored Vendor Placements (30-Day Slot): Refundable within 7 days of purchase if the sponsored slot has not yet been activated or rendered live on the platform. Once a sponsored slot goes live, pro-rated refunds are available within 14 days of purchase upon written request.
• Digital Stack Audit PDFs & Downloadable Reports: Refundable within 14 days if the generated PDF report contains technical formatting errors or fails to download.
• Pro Subscriptions: Subscription cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Full refunds for initial subscription charges are available within 14 days of initial sign-up.

2. Non-Refundable Conditions

Refunds will not be issued in cases where:

• A vendor's product violates community safety policies or misrepresents its software pricing, leading to mandatory removal.
• More than 14 days have passed since the original purchase date.
• The customer has fully utilized the digital report export data without reporting any technical defects.
